Rosh Hashanah/ Yom Teruah

A time to blow the Shofars and look for the Messiah’s return.
Bring: Apples and Honey &  your favorite Shofar
 
Yom Kippur   Kol Nidre 24 hour Fast
Tuesday, September 18th @ 7pm @ Beth Shalom
A time to confess our sins, repent and ask G-d for forgiveness.
It is also a time to pray for our loved ones to believe.
Bring: A Repentant heart
 
Yom Kippur Tashlich 
Wednesday, September 19th @ 7pm
@ Boeckh Park 508 Front St, North Augusta, SC 29841
Tashlich is a traditional ceremony representing our sins being cast into the sea.
Bring: Bread crumbs to cast into the River.
 
After Tashlich we will go to Your Pie to break the fast together.

Sukkot Opening Party
Sunday, September 23rd @ 7pm @ Beth Shalom
Sukkot is the great celebration that lasts for a week.
It is the Wedding feast of the Lamb. Come early to decorate the Sukkah
Bring: Picnic food as we will eat outside in the Sukkah.
 

Shabbat in the Sukkah Saturday, September 29th – @11AM @ Beth Shalom We will have our Shabbat service in the Sukkah. Come early to get your seat. Bring: Food we can eat outside in the Sukkah.

 

Last Great Day & Simchat Torah Sunday, September 30th @ 7pm @ Beth Shalom Join us as we marvel at the last great day and “reroll” the Torah scroll. Bring a dessert to share.
